On October 1st, American Express announced the Diwali targets for Platinum charge card holders via a separate email. Eligible charge card targets included one of the following tiers:

- Spend Rs.400,000 / Rs.20,000 voucher
- Spend Rs.700,000 / Rs.35,000 voucher
No separate enrollment was required for Platinum charge cards; all qualifying spends between October 1 and December 31 were considered for fulfilment.
