HDFC Bank offers extra incentives when you automate rent payments through HDFC SmartPay, which partners with Redgiraffe for its rent collection service.

Bottom line
The cashback on Infinia is attractive and Regalia’s reward is respectable for a first transaction. However, similar value can be found elsewhere: for example, some credit cards such as the SBI Prime Card have previously offered 5% back on rent payments. Promotional caps and eligibility can change, so review current terms before relying on a specific offer.
Note that issuers sometimes adjust reward caps or introduce limits; reports have suggested SBI placed caps on Prime Card rent rewards, though details vary and should be verified with the bank.
