As I recently flew out of Mumbai T2, International Departures, I made a quick stop at the Heaven on Earth (HOE) airport spa before heading to the GVK lounge (East Wing). This is a short, candid review based on that brief visit.

Location
Heaven on Earth is located airside in Mumbai Airport T2 – International Departures, close to the GVK lounge (West Wing). The signage makes it easy to spot as you walk through the departure area.
Price & Getting Access
- Paid Access: Rates are on the higher side, starting at around 3,000 INR for a 30-minute treatment.
- Complimentary Access: I used a Dreamfolks DragonPass benefit for complimentary access. It took the staff about 10 minutes to confirm the eligibility before they could proceed.
Ambience
The spa space is modest in size—neither large nor cramped. The ambience is serviceable but unremarkable. During my visit occupancy was low, roughly 20%, so it felt quiet but not particularly luxurious.
Service
With complimentary access through Dreamfolks, you typically get options for short treatments (usually 30 minutes each). I chose a:
- Neck & Shoulder Massage
Unfortunately the therapist assigned appeared inexperienced. The technique was ineffective from the start and did not inspire confidence. Within minutes it was clear the therapist had not completed adequate training, and I decided to end the session before the full 30 minutes.
- Cardexpert Rating: 2/5
I considered a lower score given the poor service, but I’ll leave it at a modest rating—service quality can vary by visit.
Bottomline
Overall, my brief experience at Heaven on Earth left much to be desired. While the location and quiet setting are convenient for departing travelers, the service quality fell short of expectations.
If you have time at Mumbai T2 – International Departures and prefer to try another option, the O2 Spa inside the Niranta Hotel may be worth exploring; I didn’t have time to visit it on this trip.
