My Thoughts
IndusInd Credit Card Diwali promotions have declined in value over recent years. Where returns on spend were once as high as around 10%, the benefits have gradually reduced over the last four years and now amount to roughly 2% in voucher value for many targeted offers.
I have not yet reviewed the full voucher terms and the list of partner brands; a quick check did not reveal the exact redemption partners. Hopefully the voucher catalogue includes reasonable and useful brands.
This year’s IndusInd Rewardz Festival appears to be targeted to a smaller group of cardmembers, similar to other issuers’ selective Diwali offers in 2022. In past years, a larger share of cardholders received at least some promotional benefit upon registration; this year’s targeting feels more limited.
