My Indigo flight departed from Terminal 1B, Mumbai Domestic Airport. With time to spare, I visited the Loyalty Lounge on the mezzanine floor after an earlier stop at the Good Times Bar in the same terminal.

Note that this lounge is different from the Loyalty Lounge at Terminal 2. This location was the old Clipper Lounge at T1 and has since been rebranded as the Loyalty Lounge. Both lounges are operated by EIH Ltd./Oberoi Airport Services.
The lounge felt less crowded than the Good Times Bar, which is understandable. Complimentary access here is limited to Diners Club cardholders, Priority Pass members, Rupay Platinum debit cardholders and Lounge Club members. Paid entry is also offered for Rs. 700.
An important detail: VISA cardholders do not receive complimentary access to the lounges at Terminal 1B. This is partly due to many airlines moving their operations to Terminal 2.
My Experience at Mumbai Airport – Loyalty Lounge
The lounge presents a premium feel in terms of location, layout, space and seating. The food was decent, though the buffet selection was limited. I found a few hot and cold options along with beverages, but nothing extensive. When I asked about wifi, staff confirmed that complimentary wifi was not available.

With the closure of nearby options such as the Carnations and the American Express Lounge from 1 April 2017, this lounge remains a useful facility at Terminal 1.
