IndusInd Bank is quietly running attractive dining offers for select IndusInd credit and debit cards on EazyDiner. Below is a concise summary of the offers, my testing experience, and how these deals compare to alternatives like Dineout.

IndusInd Credit Card Offer
- Offer 1: Rs. 3,000 off on the bill, available twice per year on IndusInd super-premium cards.
- Offer 2: 30% off up to Rs. 500, available twice per card on all eligible IndusInd credit and debit cards.
Offer 1 applies only to the bank’s highest-tier cards. Although some issuers label several cards as “super-premium,” in practice this benefit is restricted to expensive IndusInd products such as Crest, Celesta, Indulge and the recently launched Pioneer metal card, most of which carry annual fees above Rs. 50,000. Offer 2 is broader, applying to many IndusInd credit and debit cards and providing a meaningful discount on dining transactions via EazyDiner.
My Experience
I recently stayed at Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road and was looking for ways to reduce dining expenses. I explored EazyDiner offers alongside EazyDiner Prime benefits and booked a table with both options in mind.
My plan was to use EazyDiner Prime for a 25% discount on the a la carte bill and then apply the IndusInd PayEazy banking offer for an additional 30% off. Initially I assumed only one discount could be applied, but testing showed that combining benefits can be possible in some situations.
On the day, the restaurant did not honour the 25% Prime discount. EazyDiner apologised for the inconvenience and issued some coupons as compensation. Despite that hiccup, I was able to avail the 30% IndusInd discount, which proved to be quite valuable.
The 30% IndusInd offer felt particularly generous. It’s encouraging to see the bank present such aggressive dining promotions, which can deliver real savings when dining at premium properties.
Is Dineout better?
When comparing services, Dineout Passport and EazyDiner Prime each have strengths. EazyDiner Prime commonly offers 25% off a la carte at participating restaurants, though exclusions such as buffet may apply depending on the hotel and outlet. Dineout Passport, in some cases, offers 25% off on any bill including buffet, which can be more flexible for certain meals.
Both platforms also run bank-specific offers when you pay through their payment systems, so it’s worth checking available banking promotions before booking. Additionally, Dineout-enabled restaurants sometimes let you redeem loyalty points—such as InterMiles—toward the bill at a conversion rate (for example, 25 paise per point), which can be useful to avoid paying cash on occasion, though it’s not the most efficient value for points.
Final Thoughts
Dining offers at premium hotels and restaurants can lead to substantial savings during stays or special meals. The IndusInd EazyDiner deals, especially the 30% discount available on many cards, are compelling and worth using if you have an eligible card.
It would be welcome to see other premium card issuers introduce similar promotions. Given EazyDiner’s existing relationships with payment partners, a stronger collaboration with issuers like American Express could produce attractive cross-promotions in the future.
