O2 Spa Bangalore Airport Review: Domestic Terminal Experience

The O2 Spa at Bangalore Airport is known for its quality treatments and calming atmosphere, offering a welcome break from the stress of travel. An airport spa is especially useful for weary travelers looking to relax between flights.

On a recent trip to Delhi I purposely scheduled a stopover in Bangalore so my return route read DEL-BLR-MAA. With about two hours between flights, I decided to try the airport spa for the first time before grabbing refreshments at the Above Ground Levell Lounge.

Location

The spa is located airside in the domestic departures terminal at Kempegowda International Airport, Bangalore. After clearing security, follow the signs and you can reach O2 Spa within a minute or two on foot.

Price & Access

  • Paid access: O2 Spa offers treatments in 30-, 60- and 90-minute durations. Airport pricing is generally higher than street locations; rates typically start around 1,500 INR for a 30-minute session.
  • Complimentary access: I accessed the spa using a Dreamfolks DragonPass privilege card. The verification was quick — they entered my card number into their system to confirm remaining complimentary visits.

The standard Dreamfolks DragonPass package includes two complimentary visits. You can use both visits yourself or share them with a guest, which offers useful flexibility.

Ambience

The spa has warm, well-balanced lighting, soft background music and a pleasant fragrance that helps you unwind. The massage chairs are comfortable and the treatment area feels spacious and well maintained.

Services

With complimentary access through Dreamfolks, most outlets offer a choice of three 30-minute treatments:

  • Foot reflexology
  • Head, neck and shoulder massage
  • Upper or lower back massage

I chose foot reflexology and found it very relaxing. If I had additional visits available, I would have tried the other options as well.

They provide a printed bill even when you use a complimentary visit. The staff explained that Dreamfolks settles the charge with the outlet, which helps explain why Dreamfolks limits free visits to two per year.

Bottom Line

Overall, the experience was pleasant and a convenient way to reduce travel fatigue. If you have about an hour before boarding, O2 Spa is worth considering during your time at Bangalore Airport. Complimentary access is available through the Dreamfolks DragonPass privilege, often offered with certain credit card products.

  • CardExpert Rating: 4/5

Complimentary airport spa access is becoming more common among premium card benefits, and it’s encouraging to see travelers using these services. This outlet reportedly sees steady usage through DragonPass access, indicating genuine demand.
